Synthetic Liners
PVC Liner:
PVC is the most commonly used liner in the industry. It is very flexible,
economical and long lasting and carries a 20 year warranty. It is, however, not UV rated
and must be covered with soil. It's commonly used in irrigation ponds, decorative ponds,
golf course ponds and other covered applications.
RPP (Reinforced polypropylene) Liner:
A strong, reinforced, UV rated liner used for
exposed or covered applications including waste water lagoons, municipal or private water
storage ponds, potable water storage reservoirs, golf course ponds, streams, ditches and
general use irrigation ponds. 15-20 year warranty.
RPE (Reinforces polyethylene) Liner:
RPE liner has hydrocarbon containment properties
and is commonly used in exposed oil & gas production pits, frac water and evaporation
ponds. It is also used in irrigation ponds and ditches. It is UV rated and has high strength
qualities. 15- 20 year warranty.
EPDM Liner:
A flexible rubber liner that is manufactured in various panel sizes and
requires glued and taped field seams. It is UV rated and commonly used in decorative ponds, water features, landscape streams, potable water storage ponds and general use irrigation ponds and ditches. 20 year warranty
GCL (Geo-Synthetic Clay Liner):
GCL is a thick carpet-like liner using bentonite clay
sandwiched between two needle stitched geotextiles. It is used as a secondary
containment membrane in landfills, canals, wetlands and other civil projects.
